Currently only two airlines operate in and out of the country; Druk Air – national airline and Bhutan Airlines – 1st Pvt Airline of the country. These airlines flies from Thailand, India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Singapore to Bhutan’s Paro International Airport, located in the west of the country. Read more >>
Prior to your trip to Bhutan you will be asked to wire the full payment for your holiday to the Tourism Council of Bhutan. This money will remain with the Tourism Council of Bhutan until your trip is complete. Only after you have completed your holiday will the monies be transferred to Travel.Bhutan.
